HR Business Partner Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in partnering with business leaders to provide strategic advice, support and solutions on people matters.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience in ER/IR case management, employee grievances and workplace investigations.
You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand business goals and developing HR strategies that support these objectives. You will also partner with business leaders and team members to provide day-to-day HR/IR advice and interpretation of HR policies, processes and procedures.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to positively influence stakeholders.
You will be required to manage complex employee relations matters, including undertaking workplace investigations, performance management and disciplinary procedures. You will also play a key role in identifying, developing and implementing key People projects and initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisory role
* Experience in ER/IR case management and employee grievances
* Strong relationship management and communication skills
* Solid understanding of employment legislation
