The
**Lifecycle CRM Manager** is a strategic and data-driven marketing professional responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing programs that drive internal engagement, increase revenue and lifetime value, and improve retention and loyalty.
Utilising consumer data on lifestyle, behaviour, transactions, and demographics and estate of the art marketing architecture (Braze, Snowflake, Fivetran, Hightouch, Validity) the Lifecycle CRM Manager will create contextually relevant marketing campaigns across multiple channels, spanning the entire customer journey from awareness to conversion, loyalty, and retention.
In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Member Experience, Product Managers, Content creators, Designers, Brand Manager, and Business Leaders to develop and maintain relationships with Members, ultimately driving improvement in Member lifetime value.
**Responsibilities**:
- Reporting to the Head of Member Expereince, this is a hands-on role with the primary responsibility to manage the overall health and success of our member experience initiatives and and CRM metrics.

- In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Member Experience, Campaign Coordinators (deployment team), Product Managers, Content creators, Designers, Brand Manager, and Business Leaders to develop and maintain relationships with Members, ultimately driving improvement in Member lifetime value.
**About you**:
- 5+ years managing CRM & BTL campaigns
- Responsible for daily management and experience in developing and implementing CRM strategies in a multi-channel setting
- Proficiency in Marketing Automation Platforms, particularly Braze or similar
- In-depth knowledge of CRM techniques such as personalization, segmentation, and customer journey optimization to to increase customer conversion, LTV, build lasting customer relationships, drive engagement, retention, and personalisation
- Demonstrable experience using customer data, segmentation and personalisation to deliver commercial outcomes
