We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 5+ years to join our thriving Brisbane team. This role involves working on the civil components of Renewables, Waste Recycling, Residential Developments and Mining projects, and collaborating with other technical disciplines such as Geotechnics, Transport Advisory, Planning and Approvals, Hydrology & Hydrogeology, and Environmental Specialist Services, servicing national and international projects. Responsibilities
Lead civil design and documentation Undertake a range of technical tasks, including leading civil design and documentation, program and schedule development, tender management, contract administration, and site supervision Challenge the norm with the objective of continuous improvement Develop your career while achieving excellent outcomes for our clients, building independent internal and external relationships, and contributing to/managing exciting projects Assist and mentor junior consultants in the business Qualifications and Experience
5+ years’ experience with tertiary qualifications in civil engineering Experience in the management and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects is highly desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships Competency in civil design, including the development of design solutions for earthworks, roadworks, drainage and water and sewer infrastructure Competency in the design of civil structures is highly desirable RPEQ accreditation is highly desirable but not necessary CPESC accreditation is also highly desirable but not necessary Excellent attitude, capable of working within a dynamic environment Well-developed creative, lateral thinking and problem‑solving skills Motivation for continuous improvement and professional development Benefits
