Job Title: Office Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to manage our office operations. As the central hub of our office administration, you will be responsible for overseeing all general office activities, managing supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining our fleet of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Office Management: Oversee all aspects of office administration, including supply management, equipment coordination, and vendor relations.
* Administrative Coordination: Handle day-to-day operations, including record management, meeting coordination, and administrative support.
* Human Resources Support: Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, managing payroll, and overseeing performance management.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure the office adheres to all relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures.
* Team Leadership: Allocate resources, assign work, and monitor the performance of office staff.
Requirements:
* A strong background in office administration, specifically within the automotive industry.
* An associated degree or diploma in leadership and business management.
* At least 1 year of proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
* Experience in the automotive industry, with specific knowledge of parts check.
* Experience managing a large fleet of vehicles.
* Familiarity with Cabcharge equipment and reporting.
* Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and BPoint.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
