Lead Sales Operations Manager - Northern Suburbs

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience as a multi-site manager, with a proven track record of leading and managing 5+ retail stores across a geographic spread. Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze data insights and identify business risks and opportunities, is essential.
This leadership role involves coaching and mentoring store leaders, sales consultants, and customer care/digital coordinator roles to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing initial sales and online sales, while maintaining a healthy workplace culture and driving positive sales results.
