About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field to kick-start their career.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within our HR systems.
* Support cyclical HR activities such as audits, casual conversions, wage subsidy tracking, and apprenticeship administration.
* Enter employee information into the HRIS system and validate data to ensure accuracy.
* Generate reports on headcount, turnover, and compliance metrics.
* Maintain organized and secure HR files and support compliance with records retention policies.
* Contribute to monitoring compliance with employment legislation by maintaining accurate records.
* Be a friendly point of contact for staff needing information or assistance with HR-related queries.
Requirements
* A recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Interest in HR systems (experience with Workday, HumanforceHR or similar is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
* A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
