About the Role

As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive the creation of actionable insights and impactful features that power our advanced product offerings. With a unique global dataset on employee engagement and performance, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving problem definition, data exploration, insight generation, metrics formation, AI feature development, and evaluation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
* Tackle complex problems, unblock teams, and demonstrate data science best practices through personal contribution and collaboration.
* Collaborate across teams to drive alignment on our data strategy and ensure effective application of data science techniques across all delivery activities.
* Support Data Scientists and their teams to enhance productivity, job satisfaction, and cultural engagement.
* Foster knowledge-sharing, plan visibility, and alignment of large initiatives between teams, directors, and VPs.
* Mentor Data Scientists and ML engineers to support their needs, drive consistent excellence, and contribute to maturing our data science practice.
Requirements
* Significant practitioner experience in data science, including ancillary skills: data engineering, analytics, and software engineering.
* Effective thought leadership in Data Science, influencing a software business across areas like research, hypothesis testing, data understanding, leveraging data, evaluating data and AI features, metrics definition, and experimentation.
* Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills, making timely decisions in nuanced trade-offs and varied opinions.
* Experience in tools sets comparable to ours: Database technologies, AI Feature Development, and Data Visualization tools.
