We're on the hunt for an Activations Coordinator to help bring these ideas to life across our national portfolio.
Role
This is a hands‐on, fast‐paced role where no two weeks look the same. You'll be at the centre of it all—coordinating, organising and executing activations that drive revenue, elevate our venues and create memorable guest experiences.
From initial concept through to bump‐out, you'll play a key role in making sure everything lands on time, on budget and to a high standard.
What you'll be doing
* Coordinating end‐to‐end delivery of activations across AVC venues
* Working with marketing, venue teams, sponsors and suppliers to bring concepts to life
* Managing timelines, logistics, quotes and budgets
* Supporting creative ideas, set‐ups, menus and promotional packages
* Being on the ground during key activations to ensure everything runs smoothly
* Tracking performance, reporting outcomes and identifying opportunities to improve

This role is key to ensuring our activations are consistent, commercially effective and executed to a high standard across the business.
