We are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic Human Resources professional to join our highly regarded engineering clients based in Heathwood, QLD
Family-friendly part-time hours with flexible start and finish times
3-5 days per week, Monday to Friday (finishing at 12pm on Fridays)
Parking facilities available; surrounded by local cafes and restaurants
Operating in Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth
Industries: Industrial Engineering, Heavy Fabrication, Manufacturing
Role:
Review and update HR Policies and procedures as required
Establish new HR policies and procedures, review and update company documents to ensure compliance with current legislation and regulations
Support recruitment activities nationwide, including posting ads, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews/background checks
Handle employee performance reviews, maintain employee records, and implement HR practices and policies
Requirements:
Previous HR experience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or fabrication industries
Relevant HR Degree / Certificate
Proficient with MYOB and MS Office
Understanding of HR principles, employment legislation, and payroll best practices
Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills; ability to work accurately under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
