JP TRANSPORTATION SERVICES PTY LTD JP Transportation Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and reliable Cement Mixer Driver / Truck Driver to join our growing team in Cairns, Queensland. This is a full-time position offering stable employment within a well-established transport and logistics company operating across North Queensland and Far North Queensland.
In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy vehicles, including concrete mixer trucks, to deliver materials to various customer sites. You will play a key role in maintaining delivery schedules, ensuring compliance with road safety regulations, and upholding the company's strong reputation for reliability and service quality. Benefits Annual Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 plus Superannuation.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery, maintain professional demeanour and company image, Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices.
Provide or be prepared to undertake a National Police Clearance Certificate. Heavy Rigid (HR) licence. Provide and be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical test / a drug test.
Manoeuvring vehicles into position for loading and unloading Observing safety requirements when loading and unloading vehicles Making regular quality checks of vehicles to ensure they can be driven safely Participation in regular training and professional development. White Card.
Ability to lift, bend and manoeuvre heavy equipment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role are required. In-depth knowledge or experience as an agitator driver is highly desirable.
Qualification & experience Valid Heavy Vehicle Licence (HR/HC/MC preferred) At least cert. III in Driving Operations preferable. Relevant driving experience (minimum 1–2 years preferred) Strong understanding of road safety regulations Ability to work flexible hours, including early starts White Card (or willingness to obtain) Good communication and teamwork skills.
