* A good level of fitness and the ability to undertake domestic and housekeeping tasks safely using manual handling practices is required.
* Dedicated work ethic and a commitment to providing high-quality support services are necessary for success in this position.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to work professionally and compassionately with diverse people in various environments are also required.
Requirements
* Customer-focused approach with the ability to work independently in the community in diverse cultural and home environments.
* Flexible approach with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure, problem solve and meet deadlines.
* Will to undertake training as and when required.
