Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Paid Search and Affiliate Manager to support the growth of our paid search and affiliate programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ongoing management of affiliate partnerships to drive sales growth and revenue increase.
* Recruitment and onboarding of new affiliates to expand the program and diversify income streams.
* Maintenance of affiliate relationships and performance monitoring for optimal campaign execution.
* Sales-driven approach to Paid Search campaign execution, including testing and bid management for maximum ROI.
* Reporting and insights for both channels, with a focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
* Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.
* Experience in performance marketing and campaign management tools, preferably with certifications.
* Familiarity with Google Ads certification and platform editor experience is a plus.
