About the role

Laing O'Rourke is recruiting for an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join our Corporate Information Technology team responsible for providing support nationally. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in our Brisbane head office.

The salary for this role will be offered within the range of $78,000–$85,000 plus superannuation, commensurate with skills, experience, and suitability for the role.

Key responsibilities

Working with our Service Desk software, you will be providing quality customer service and troubleshooting IT assets such as mobile phones, computers and tablets via email, telephone and face to face.

About you

You hold a relevant Information Technology qualification and bring a minimum of five years' related experience. You are also capable of working independently and have demonstrated experience in the following areas:

* Microsoft Active Directory
* Microsoft Exchange
* Cisco Call Manage UCM
* ServiceNow
* Microsoft Intune
* Excellent communication skills over the phone
* Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities (and experience)
