Our client is a leading lifestyle brand, and they are seeking a high-energy, hands-on Social Media Manager to elevate their digital presence and empower elite agents to build standout personal brands. This newly created role offers the chance to shape the social voice of a top-performing team, drive engagement across key platforms, and turn bold ideas into social media gold. What will you do? You’ll work closely with high-performing consultants to craft and execute tailored social media strategies that attract buyers, build vendor pipelines, and amplify brand visibility. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things social; leading content creation, campaign execution, and consultant coaching with confidence and flair. This is not a desk-bound role. You’ll be out in the field, collaborating with consultants, capturing content, and bringing big ideas to life. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement custom social strategies for multiple consultants Manage and grow brand accounts across Facebook and Instagram Create engaging content: reels, graphics, video, and copy Run paid campaigns via Meta Business Suite, optimising for performance Track analytics and report on engagement, reach, and ROI Coach consultants to become confident content creators Align content with consultant’s goals, listings, and market trends Engage with online communities and respond to enquiries Stay ahead of emerging platforms, trends, and best practices About you Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing Strong content creation, copywriting, and graphic design skills Confidence in producing short-form video and lifestyle content Advanced knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social platforms Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills A proactive, self-starting attitude and creative mindset Having your own car is a must as this is a field-based role.
