Remuneration: $116,892 – $120,680 Pro Rata + Superannuation + Salary Packaging

About the Role
We're seeking a social worker who is adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about community impact. In this role you will provide therapeutic support and interventions to young parents and families across rural and remote communities, shaping positive futures.
Key Responsibilities
* Face‑to‑face support for young parents and their families.
* Provide support to rural and remote communities in a community‑based setting.
* Develop relationships and networks within these communities and externally.
* Co‑facilitate a young parent support group in Muswellbrook.
* Build strong networks with external agencies including housing, DCJ, DFV, maternity, and child & family health services.
* Participate in multidisciplinary and interagency meetings, education sessions, and community engagement activities.
Support & Development
* Direct supervision from the Social Work Head of Discipline.
* Monthly team, group supervision, and multidisciplinary meetings.

* Mentorship from experienced Young Parent Social Workers and clinicians.

Eligibility
