The Opportunity
This is an exciting chance for a skilled Quality Assurance professional to join our team and contribute to the improvement of community wellbeing.
* Support us in achieving accreditations necessary to comply with government funding contracts, including NSDS Certification, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and Quality Assurance Framework.
* Assist in administering our QA program, which not only enhances service outputs but also promotes employee engagement.
Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
* Undertaking activities and developing policies and procedures to enable us to achieve NSDS Certification as required by our Inclusive Employment Australia Contract.
* Administering our QA program to maintain other accreditations, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and Right Fit For Risk, through the development of policies and procedures.
* Maintaining compliant and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
* Documenting quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.
* Developing improved standards for service delivery and design, and creating testing protocols for implementation across all business arms.
* Developing comprehensive practice guides for IEA and other programs.
* Identifying training needs and taking action to ensure companywide compliance.
* Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of relevant workplace regulations.
Essential Criteria
* Relevant qualification in a business-related discipline such as Management, Quality Management or similar.
* Experience and knowledge of Commonwealth funded employment services, including compliance and contractual obligations.
* Experience achieving and maintaining NSDS Certification and other quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001 & Right Fit For Risk.
* Thorough working knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
* Strong numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
* Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
* Proven ability to build, develop and maintain strong effective working relationships with senior management, employees and other key stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
* High level computer literacy with experience in quality assurance and risk management technology and Microsoft Office applications.
* Valid National Police and Working With Children Checks.
