You will provideprofessional supervision, mentorship, and guidance to psychologistswhile collaborating closely with school communities, families, andkey stakeholders to develop holistic and effective strategies.This role is about more than just problem-solving—it’sabout leading with innovation, fostering a positive team culture,and embedding cultural responsiveness into student wellbeinginitiatives. You will contribute to recruitment, retention, andprofessional development, ensuring our team upholds the higheststandards of service delivery while continually growing in culturalcompetence.Qualifications:Essential: Current and full registration(general) with the Psychology Board of Australia. Psychology Boardof Australia approved supervisor.Desirable: Area of practice endorsement –educational and developmental psychology and/or clinical psychologyand/or counselling psychology. Special conditions:The successful applicant is required to gain a Department forHuman Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior tobeing employed which is required to be renewed every five yearsbefore expiry.
