The gig: We are looking for a passionate and experienced marketing data analyst to join our Digital Experience team. You will have access to leading tools, lots of data and the wider digital team which specialises in automation, web dev, media, social, web and email marketing.
What will be your responsibilities?
* Conduct data audits and develop strategies to improve 1st party data
* Collate, analyse, and produce insightful reports for all marketing related activities in collaboration with our media team
* Setup reporting dashboards using a variety of BI tools
* Providing insights to our consulting/AS team to optimise client outcomes
* Make recommendations for improved analytics and benchmarking processes
* Recommend martech platforms for data management and modelling
* Working closely with the DX team for digital integrations
* Keep up to date with the latest ML/AI tools and technologies - and sharing your knowledge with the wider agency and our clients
What skills and experience will you bring to the table?
* Understand GA4, digital media metrics and audiences, conversion tags and GTM
* 2+ years' experience with an enterprise grade BI tool, e.g. Power BI, Looker, Domo, Qlik, Tableau
* Strong understanding of marketing data, ETLs, ML and data related AI tools
* Be an Excel wizard who enjoys formulas and visualisation of data (and has an appreciation for complex VLOOKUPs)
* Experience using tools like BigQuery, Redshift, N8N will make you stand out
* Some knowledge of SQL syntax a bonus
* Confident and clear communicator (able to 'dumb down' tech when needed)
