The Opportunity 

Maropost is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Partnerships Manager who will play a key role in expanding our partnerships program across the APAC region.

In this highly visible role, you will identify and onboard new partners, manage an existing partner portfolio, and drive partner-led revenue through strong relationships, enablement, and collaboration across the business.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering new revenue and meeting established targets through strategic partnerships. Leveraging your commercial experience, technical knowledge, and market insight, you will grow Maropost's footprint by building trusted relationships with partners and ensuring they are motivated and enabled to refer Maropost to their clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and foster new partnerships to support Maropost's growth strategy.
* Manage end to end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless and efficient integration.
* Act as the main liaison between Maropost and its partners and manage all inquiries with urgency.
* Act as a support for other partnership team members.
* Maintain knowledge and understanding of industry trends and identify potential areas of improvement.
* Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and to define new GTM (Go to Market) strategies.
* Foster and leverage relationships with senior leaders to support future growth initiatives.
* Ensure partners are enabled and engaged in promoting the Maropost platform.

What you'll need to bring to Maropost

* Bachelor's degree.
* 5+ years of experience in partner management or key account management.
* You have a customer-focused mindset and a passion for building relationships.
* Previous SaaS experience. Exposure to eCcommerce products is a plus.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, this is a highly visible role.
* Level of comfort with managing multiple stakeholders, internal and external both technical and non-technical.
* Ability to adapt in a fast-growing organisation.
