About the Opportunity
As the Broker Support Officer, you will be responsible for managing operational activities related to third party finance introducers as well as managing inbound and outbound calls. You will bring your expertise and experience to manage, train and develop the knowledge of Brokers Users as well as communicating regular relevant updates to the Broker Channel.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Develop and maintain effective relationships with third party finance introducers
Follow up and manage outstanding training obligations of Broker Network
Administration of new and existing Broker Users
Administration of new accreditations and maintenance of ongoing due diligence of active accreditations and agreements
Manage, train and develop the knowledge of Brokers Users
Communicate relevant updates on a regular basis to Broker Channel
Identify and report any compliance concerns
Maintain and monitor compliance with CCC, FSR and all other relevant legislation
Assist in managing broker escalations, investigating and resolving broker and customer complaints where required

Demonstrated experience within the finance and banking industry is mandatory for this role.
