Logistics & Sales Administration Coordinator Oasis Fresh | Delroy Orchards Group — Perth, WA Tuesday to Saturday | Permanent Full-Time

Are you an organised, detail-focused administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Oasis Fresh, one of Australia's largest avocado marketers and a key part of the vertically integrated Delroy Orchards group, is looking for a Logistics & Sales Administration Coordinator to join our close-knit team in Perth.

We move premium fresh produce from farm to supermarket shelf — efficiently, accurately, and at pace. This role sits at the heart of that operation.

About the role

Working Sunday -Tuesday (5am start), you'll be the engine room of our sales and logistics administration. Day to day, you'll coordinate road and rail freight, manage purchase orders and delivery schedules, liaise with transport providers, and ensure our customers receive the service standard they expect. On Sundays, you'll be the key admin contact on site, supporting our Account Manager and Export Manager with order updates and communications.

Export administration is not a core part of the role, but you'll build enough working knowledge to provide cover when required — useful skills in a growing international business.

What you'll be doing

* Coordinating all road, rail, and freight transport for Delroy Sales and Oasis Fresh.
* Booking freight, maintaining freight rate records, and keeping everything accurate.
* Managing purchase orders, sales documentation, and customer correspondence.
* Providing Saturday admin support for weekend order management and warehouse communications.
* Covering export administration (Impex Docs) when the primary export admin is away.
* Assisting with accounts receivable and payable as needed.

What we're looking for

You'll come with solid experience in logistics, administration, or a related field, and you'll be comfortable working independently from an early start. Fresh produce or FMCG experience is a bonus, but not essential. Most importantly, you're reliable, accurate, and calm under pressure.

Skills and experience we value

Strong organisational ability and attention to detail; confident written and verbal communication; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience in accounts receivable or payable; and a willingness to learn systems like Impex Docs.
