Logistics and Warehouse Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse functions, including receipt, orders, returns, assembly, and dispatch of goods.
This includes managing all clinic orders and leading the team to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of hearing aids, accessories, batteries, audiology equipment, brochures, and other items.
The successful candidate will have experience in warehouse management, logistics, or operations, with a proven track record of implementing process improvements and streamlining workflows.
They will also possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team, as well as excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Additionally, they will have experience with WMS and ERP systems, as well as knowledge of data-driven decision-making and trend analysis.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Managing all warehouse operations and the team, including order fulfillment, inbound/outbound logistics, returns, and inventory management.
* Monitoring clinic orders and outbound status, ensuring KPIs are met.
* Implementing process improvements for expansion and efficiency.
* Ensuring quality control for outbound orders.
* Maintaining updated SOP documentation for key processes.
* Providing monthly insights to the global Supply Chain team.
* Overseeing inventory management, collaborating with Planning & Inventory Specialists.
* Coordinating with courier partners and freight forwarders, monitoring volume, trends, and costs.
* Overseeing cycle counts and stocktakes, adhering to audit requirements.
* Ensuring accurate receipting of goods into the warehouse, including hearing aids, accessories, batteries, and other items.
* Monitoring daily/weekly order fulfillment from the central warehouse to clinics.
* Ensuring accurate picking, packing, and distribution of orders to customers.
* Recording stock adjustments accurately in the Oracle database.
* Supporting return flows and credit note processes, monitoring KPIs monthly.
* Implementing exception reports for out-of-stock and order tracking issues.
Project Operations:
* Leading strategic planning for warehouse expansion, including assessment and delivery of centralized return flows and business cases.
Team Management:
* Managing, engaging, and developing the logistics team.
* Supporting recruitment, training, and onboarding.
* Addressing daily operational issues and team workload.
* Coordinating technical support and resource management.
Additional responsibilities will include distribution of marketing materials, stakeholder communication, process improvements, and project support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
* 5+ years experience in warehouse management, logistics, or operations.
* Knowledge of WMS and ERP systems.
* Experience with process improvement and logistics solutions.
* Leadership skills with team-building and collaboration experience.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Data-driven decision-making and trend analysis skills.
