Job Title: Haulage Driver Opportunity
Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced haulage driver to deliver products to stores and distribution centres in the region. This full-time position involves driving a truck on day shift, starting between 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday, with potential overtime available on weekdays and some weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Comply with Linfox Safety Standards at all times, ensuring Vision Zero is a daily focus
• Work unsupervised, adhering to the Linfox coupling and uncoupling procedure
• Assist in loading and unloading when required
• Demonstrate good knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislation
• Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and customers on a day-to-day basis
Requirements:
• Current and valid HC license
• History of safe work practices
• Familiarity with the local area
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proactive approach and positive attitude
