The role involves preparing, editing and managing large legal documents, as well as managing files using a document management system. Experience with iManage10 is highly regarded.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's growing Insurance practice, contributing to the smooth running of matters and the success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to lawyers within the Insurance practice
* Preparing, editing, and managing large legal documents (MS Word and PDF)
* Managing files using a document management system (experience with iManage10 highly regarded)
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Previous experience in an administration environment (professional services experience preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficiency in MS Word and PDF document handling
