HOBAN is seeking a Junior Commercial Credit Analyst to join our clients' team in located in Wetherill Park, NSW. Our client is a global leader in motor products and provides innovative and competitive finance solutions tailored to its customers, supporting the purchase of motorcycles, marine products, and power equipment. As part of a dynamic and growing financial services team, you'll be helping to deliver customer-focused solutions while maintaining high standards of integrity and excellence.
Shift Time: 9am-5pm
Duties of the role:
* Office admin experience.
* File and organize documentation for easy retrieval.
* Input customer credit applications into the system.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of credit approvals and limits.
* Support the team with scanning, printing, and distributing credit documents.
* Shadow senior credit analysts to understand credit evaluation processes.
* Participate in training sessions on credit policies and systems.
* Learn to use credit management software and tools.
* Input and maintain customer credit applications and account details.
* Update CRM and ERP systems with accurate customer information.
* Provide general support to senior credit analysts and managers.
* Shadow senior team members to gain hands-on experience in credit evaluation.
* Stay updated on company credit policies and industry best practices.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Willingness to learn and grow within the credit and finance domain.
About You:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
* Sound understanding of financial statements and credit fundamentals.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Previous internship or experience in credit analysis, banking, or finance (even informal or part-time).
* Familiarity with commercial lending, particularly in asset finance or dealer finance programs.
