Role Overview
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, reconciliations, payment runs, and liaising with stakeholders and vendors.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can hit the ground running in a high-volume environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring timely payments, accurate records, and adherence to internal controls.

Responsibilities

* Process and code invoices accurately, matching to purchase orders
* Prepare and process local and international payment runs
* Reconcile vendor accounts and manage aged creditors
* Investigate and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and approvals
* Maintain accurate vendor records and manage queries
* Assist with month-end close including accruals and reporting
* Support junior staff and contribute to continuous process improvement
* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

Candidate Profile
As an ideal candidate you are an experienced Accounts Payable professional with a strong understanding of finance operations, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You're comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and can quickly adapt to new systems and teams.

You Bring:

* Minimum 3 years' experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with large ERP systems (Dynamics 365 ideal)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadline
* Immediate availability preferred
