**The Role**: 
Due to new business growth, this company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to manage their commercial operations and team. You will be responsible for: 
- Overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial projects 
- Training, mentoring and managing a team of 10 supervisors and estimators 
- Scheduling and reviewing individual staff and office workload to deliver required outcomes 
- Liaising with key stakeholders including customers, insurance company representatives, internal staff to ensure smooth operations 
- Utilising your industry network and building new relationships and opportunities

**About You**: 
- Strong technical building knowledge and understanding of BCA and Australian standards 
- Minimum 2 years as a Construction Manager or Operations Manager within either insurance or commercial construction 
- Strong time / organisational management skills and the ability to impart your amazing abilities to your wider team 
- Proven customer service and people management skills with a knack for rallying teams and as a result, driving high performance 
- Thrives and enjoys working in a fast paced environment 
- Carpentry or trade background would be highly regarded 
- Intermediate to robust computer skills (MS Office Suite)
