Store Account Manager
Michael Page is hiring a Store Account Manager at Tool Kit Depot (TKD), a leading retailer of tools, safety gear and industrial equipment committed to delivering exceptional service to trade and commercial customers.
Job Description
* Drive commercial sales through onsite visits, quoting and tailored solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tradespeople, small businesses and mid‑tier commercial partners.
* Actively prospect new business opportunities and grow a pipeline of accounts.
* Coach in‑store team members on trade‑focused service standards.
* Assist with large orders, deliveries and operational support during peak times.
* Ensure compliance with WHS and company policies while maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
* 2‑5 years' experience in account management or business development (trade/industrial sector desirable).
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
* Commercial acumen and attention to detail.
* Current Australian driver's licence and flexibility to travel locally.
* Comfortable working primarily Monday‑Friday with occasional weekend support.
