Office / Store Manager – Luxury Travel

Blake Travel | Boutique Travel Agency

In-office role | Monday–Friday only

Blake Travel is a high-performing, boutique travel agency specialising in luxury, personalised travel experiences. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Office / Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the business, drive sales performance, and support the Company Director.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with clear performance expectations and non-negotiable requirements. It is suited to an experienced travel professional who leads by example, values culture, and understands luxury service.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Company Director, you will be responsible for:

* Leading and supporting the team day to day in line with Blake Travel’s core values

* Personally selling $150,000+ in travel per month

* Driving overall team sales performance and profitability

* Transferring $10,000+ in commission per month by the end of the 3-month probation period

* Leading weekly team meetings

* Ensuring consistently high-quality, boutique client service

* Managing the day-to-day running and upkeep of the office

* Ensuring the office is always staffed during business hours

* Supporting the Director with marketing initiatives, expos, finance planning, and networking

* Assisting with business continuity and future leadership stability

About You (Essential Criteria)

To be considered for this role, you must have:

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in the travel industry

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership or management role

* Proven ability to consistently sell $150,000+ per month in travel

* Experience selling luxury travel products and delivering boutique-level service

* A strong commercial and results-driven mindset

* A positive, solutions-focused, can-do attitude

* The ability to mentor, support, and lead a team, including a team of working parents

* Strong alignment with Blake Travel’s values: Support, Connection, Customer Focus, Trust, Integrity, and Passion

Working Arrangements (Non-Negotiable)
* Monday to Friday only

* Minimum 4 days per week in the office, 9:00am – 4:30pm

* 1 day per week working from home

* Attendance at business networking meetings twice per month (Fridays at 6:30am)
