Key Job Responsibilities
* Assist in the safe production of food items for patients at hospital sites.
* Perform receipt and storage duties associated with food supplies, adhering to food safety guidelines.
* Conduct general food preparation and cleaning related duties.
Requirements
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in food preparation and production, including cook-chill procedures.
* Understanding of general food handling and food hygiene regulations, with the ability to maintain work areas and equipment in a hygienic state.
* Good communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, visitors, and staff.
