The Role
As our in‐house Video Editor & Graphic Designer, you'll be at the heart of our media team, transforming raw recordings into polished, engaging, and impactful content. Most of the content you'll be editing will be podcasts and to‐camera videos on property investing.
What You'll Do
* Edit a high volume of content across multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) at a fast turnaround time without compromising on quality.
* Cut long‐form podcasts and YouTube videos into engaging short‐form clips for social platforms.
* Add captions, graphics, animations, and other elements to make content feel impactful and modern.
* Create supporting graphic assets such as YouTube thumbnails, podcast episode art, and branded social media graphics.
* Collaborate with the wider media team, who will provide recorded content, to deliver polished videos and graphics ready for publishing.
* Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, prioritising clarity and the delivery of value over unnecessary flashiness.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Video Editor with a portfolio of high‐quality, fast‐turnaround work.
* Strong skills in graphic design—comfortable creating clean, professional, and engaging assets.
* Proficiency in editing software (DaVinci Resolve, with other tools acceptable).
* Familiarity with Canva and/or Photoshop for graphic design tasks.
* Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining consistent quality.
* Creative eye for detail and design, with a strong sense of pacing, flow, and storytelling in video editing.
* Organised, proactive, and excited about being part of a rapidly growing brand.
