Zenviron is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in the Newcastle region. Responsibilities
* Oversee the efficient implementation of project resources and structure
* Lead the balance of plant elements of large-scale BESS projects, managing program, budget, and resources
* Champion safety and environmental performance across the project
* Provide strong leadership and guidance to project teams and subcontractors
* Foster effective communication with client field representatives
* Ensure timely, high-quality, and on-budget project delivery
What you will bring
* Proven experience managing full lifecycle construction programs
* Site-based experience as a Site or Construction Manager in renewables or construction
* Strong commercial and financial management skills
* Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
* Civil and/or electrical knowledge (highly regarded)
* Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
* A strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance
