Client -side Facilities/Project Manager. Permanent Fulltime role based in South Sydney

As the client-side Project/Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all reactive and planned maintenance along with CAPEX works are carried out to client specification.
This will include managing budgets, holding weekly meeting with stakeholders and contractors (in-house trades), resourcing for projects and ensuring HSEQ and compliance with relevant standards and BCA's
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will ideally be an experienced Project or Facilities Manager, trade qualified (preferably in construction or carpentry) have strong stakeholder engagement skills, an eye for detail and exceptional organisation skills
