Job Description

As an integral member of the engineering leadership team and extended Technology Management team, the Senior Salesforce Platform Manager & Architect, is responsible for the architectural vision, direction, and delivery of key Salesforce platforms and associated technology domains within OFX. You will lead cross-functional, autonomous delivery teams comprising software engineers, quality engineers, and Salesforce specialists to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Your primary responsibility is to build and nurture a practice of highly skilled and motivated engineers who work collaboratively with product managers, delivery managers, and subject matter experts to deliver impactful outcomes. You will ensure that Salesforce architecture and platform strategies are integrated seamlessly into the broader technology landscape, driving innovation and continuous improvement in engineering practices.

You will champion best practices in Salesforce development, integration, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and professional growth. Your role includes mentoring, stakeholder management, and leading critical decision-making processes to achieve strategic technology goals through an inclusive and empowering environment.

Qualifications

Valuable Experience

* 5 years' experience as a Solution Architect or similar role with significant Salesforce Enterprise implementation expertise (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
* At least 3 years leading cross-functional engineering teams with a DevOps mindset
* Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities: custom apps, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, workflows, formula fields, SOQL, REST APIs
* Proven experience designing and delivering complex, integrated Salesforce solutions in B2B environments
* Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development practices such as TDD, Kanban, Lean
* Experience working in Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, and Configuration Management environments
* Significant experience with cloud-native architectures, preferably AWS
* Skilled in architectural frameworks, API design, and system integration patterns
* Familiarity with KYC verification systems and compliance-related processes is advantageous
* Experience managing technology vendors and partnerships
* Background in Software as a Service (SaaS) product development is desirable
* Proficient in advanced Salesforce deployment techniques including CI/CD pipelines
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
