Bayswater Location | Competitive rate negotiable depending on experience Global company - Transport Industry ASAP start temporary contract role to support key project Step into a project role with this industry leader in transport and logistics, supporting one of our major customers and playing a critical part in cleaning up, reconciling complex Accounts Receivable data. This is an initial 3‑month assignment with the potential to extend, depending on project needs and performance. The opportunity In this senior project role, you will: Work closely with the offshore accounting team, responding to queries and helping them resolve issues. Drive the close‑off of allocations and ensure accurate posting and matching of payments. Perform detailed reconciliations for major customers, dealing with large volumes of complex data. Use advanced Excel tools (including Power Query and Power Pivot) to analyse, clean and interpret data. Liaise with internal operational sites to resolve discrepancies and prevent recurring issues. About you We’re looking for a hands‑on, outcome‑driven Senior Accounts Receivable Officer who enjoys digging into the detail and making things work better. You will ideally bring: Previous Accounts Receivable experience with RCTI Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and Power Pivot Experience with Oracle and/or OTM is an advantage.
