In this role you will be responsible for developing and managing stakeholder relationships – driving increased enrolments across all programmes and championing MAX Solutions as a Registered Training Provider of choice.
The Role:
Stakeholder management with internal and external stakeholders
Implement and deliver on Sales and Contacts in the pipeline
Convert both cold and warm leads into student referrals and enrolments
Lead generation to create opportunities
Ability to travel locally, regionally and from time-to-time interstate
About You:
Proven ability to develop strong internal and external relationships that drive growth
Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs in a sales role
Ability to influence stakeholders to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome
Proven experience achieving and exceeding targets
Significant experience in sales and delivering successful plans to agreed timeframes
Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience required
Extensive experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships
Previous experience in the education or training industry is preferred but not essential
Australian permanent residency or citizenship required
