Bread Artisan Opportunity
We are a family-owned bakery in Western Australia dedicated to artisan bread making with a focus on gluten-free products.
As a full-time baker or pastry chef, you will be responsible for crafting bread and pastries from scratch.
We offer a supportive work environment, free parking, day shifts only, comprehensive training in GF, and a focus on work-life balance.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in artisan bakery bread production
* End-to-end expertise from maintaining and building a starter to loading and unloading decks
* A current food safety certificate
* The ability to load and unload doughs, lift and carry heavy grain bags (up to 25kg), manage multiple bakes and timing of schedules
* A passion for fermentation, stone milling, and creating authentic breads
* The ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team and independently
