The Opportunity
We have a permanent full-time opportunity available for a Precision Farming Specialist in Wodonga VIC.
Our Precision Farming Specialist will be focused on the internal and external support on CNH's precision farming systems, including GPS systems, telemetry, auto-steering, and field management software.
* Assist in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of precision technology systems on CNH machinery.
* Assist in setting up, training and on-going support of customers FieldOps accounts.
* Assist in the installation and calibration of precision technology systems on new and existing machinery.
* Ensure the accuracy of installations and calibrations, achieving customer-specific field performance outcomes.
* Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues related to precision technology and related machinery.
* Monitor and report on system performance, providing proactive solutions to improve functionality.
* Work directly with Intersales support team on complex issues to ensure desired customer outcomes are met on a timely basis.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, installations, and service activities in the dealership's CRM system.
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or Technical certification in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical, electrical or a related field (preferred, but no essential).
* Alternatively, a significant background in agricultural machinery with exposure to precision farming technologies will be strongly considered.
* Ideally 5+ years of experience in the agricultural machinery industry with an exposure to precision technology.
* Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a track history in establishing trusted working relationships with customers.
* Valid driver's license.
