We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, maintaining efficient administration systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
About the Role
The Administrative Support Specialist will provide a range of administrative services, including but not limited to:
* Providing exceptional customer service to new and existing families
* Supporting students, staff, and school leadership team
* Maintaining accurate records and databases
* Coordinating meetings and events
* Developing and implementing administrative processes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* An understanding of and commitment to the ethos of Catholic education
* Excellent time management skills
* Well-developed interpersonal skills
* A high proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and student management systems
* Experience with a student management system would be advantageous
