About the roles
CSBS Group is seeking compassionate and skilled Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting a 62-year-old woman living in Gympie.
The participant is living with left-side immobility following a right-side stroke, and requires consistent, person-centred support to promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Your role will involve a combination of clinical and domestic support, including:
· Assisting with mobility and transfers
· Providing personal care, including stoma care
· Supporting meal preparation and household tasks
· Offering transport for appointments, shopping, and community activities
This is a 24/7 support role, including active overnight shifts, and all team members will participate in a rotating roster to ensure fairness and continuity of care.
About you
We're looking for experienced professionals who bring empathy, skill, and professionalism to their work.
You'll ideally have at least 2 years' experience in a complex Supported Independent Living (SIL) environment and demonstrate strong clinical understanding.

Relevant probity items required:
· a NDIS Worker Screening Check
· an Open Queensland Driver's Licence
· a reliable motor vehicle with comprehensive insurance
· a current First Aid & CPR Certificate
· a reliable smartphone with data
· completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You'.
