About the role
We are seeking a talented Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our innovative team and help build the next generation of intelligent, data-driven web and mobile applications powering our global growth. You'll work with React (Next.js)and Mobile (React Native), integrating with Laravel REST APIs, and delivering high-performance, cross-platform user experiences.
This is a full-time remote role with occasional in-person meetings in the Smithfield, Sydney office.
What you'll be doing
Build and maintain modern features across web and mobileusing React and React Native
Develop dashboards, calendars, and offline-capable mobile tools
Maintain shared logicand component librariesfor consistent design
Collaborate with backend engineers on REST API integrations
Refactor and optimize existing code for performance and reliability
Support CI/CD, Firebase services, and mobile performance monitoring
What we're looking for
5+ years experience with React and/or React Native development
Strong knowledge of Redux Toolkit and modern component-based architecture
Proven experience building and scaling mobile apps in React Native (bare workflow advantageous)
Proficiency in integrating and consuming REST APIs (Laravel backend)
Solid understanding of cross-platform UX, performance tuning, and offline support
Experience working with Firebase and mobile CI/CD pipelines
