Customer Success Manager – AI FinTech (APAC)

As the first Customer Success Manager in the Asia-Pacific region, you’ll play a critical role supporting the rollout of this category-defining platform across a leading Tier 1 global bank. With over 200 users to onboard across Japan and Hong Kong, this is a high-impact, high-visibility opportunity with real ownership and autonomy.

What you’ll be doing

- Own onboarding and implementation for new users in both Japan and Hong Kong
- Train, support, and retain key users across a flagship global banking account
- Act as the bridge between client and product teams – capturing feedback, resolving friction, and driving adoption
- Develop strong relationships with end users and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
- Work closely with technical and product teams to troubleshoot issues and optimise user experience
- Identify opportunities to expand usage and improve customer outcomes

What we’re looking for

- 5–6+ years in customer success, post‑sales, or account management within fintech, SaaS, or financial data
- Native‑level Japanese and fluent English required
- Based in Japan or Hong Kong, with flexibility to travel locally for on‑site client engagements
- Strong understanding of how analysts, PMs, or researchers work with financial data and tools
- Independent operator who thrives in a fast‑paced, startup‑style environment
- Outstanding communication, relationship‑building, and stakeholder management skills
