Duties and Responsibilities:
* Championing a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance at all times.
* Managing concrete production using various systems and processes.
* Allocating and assigning loads efficiently to drivers.
* Overseeing stock management, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining site operations.
* Supervising contractors for site maintenance and ensuring quality standards are met.
* Hands-on yard maintenance and operating front-end loaders or forklifts.
* Supporting manual handling and other operational tasks as needed.
About You:
You are aself-starterwith a passion for safety and the ability to thrive in a hands-on, autonomous role. With a strong work ethic and results-driven approach, you excel in managing diverse tasks while contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment.
* Key Attributes:
* Independent and proactive, with the ability to work unsupervised.

* Strong problem-solving and communication skills, especially under pressure.
* Physically capable of performing all role-related tasks.
* Requirements:
* Previous experience working within the concrete industry (preferred but not essential)
* Current driver's license and reliable transport.
* Front-end loader or forklift competency (preferred but not essential).
* Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
