Operations Coordinator - Domestic Svcs-AUS
Purpose of role
To manage and allocate Customer Bookings and assist Domestic Operations Department.
Main duties and responsibilities
Core objectives include:
* Answering incoming phone calls.
* Enter job bookings accurately and respond to Customers with booking confirmation.
* Book and manage external Courier collections.
* Track bookings and freight.
* Send PODs (Proof of delivery confirmations) back to Customers.
* Data Entry.
* General Office duties, i.e., filing.
* Maintain daily spreadsheets.
* Basic cleaning activities.

Fulfil other duties as required by management and other department personnel as requested/required.
