Responsibilities include building, deploying, and scaling Amazon networks across global datacenters.Key responsibilities:Troubleshoot networking, routing, and interconnectivity issues, including hardware failures.Identify and resolve recurring platform problems.Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose and restore device/configuration health.Escalate issues to external vendors like Cisco or Juniper for parts replacement.Work with ISPs to diagnose network issues between Amazon’s infrastructure and external networks.About The TeamAmazon values diverse experiences.
