Bendigo Bank is seeking a Business Development Manager to deepen existing relationships and grow its targeted agri commercial broker network.
Job Description
This role will involve proactively servicing brokers to drive growth within the Agri loan portfolios in your region, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with aggregator partners and accredited brokers, and ensuring the best solution is delivered to our brokers and customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Proactive business development, including relationship building, problem solving, commission negotiation and broker education.
* Facilitating webinars, attending and presenting at professional development days, conferences and other marketing and training opportunities.
Requirements
* Detailed knowledge of the Rural/Agri lending market across the state, with a solid understanding of the Broker mindset.
* Proven ability to develop strong internal and external relationships and establish self as a trusted advisor to both staff and Brokers/Aggregators.
* Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of agri credit.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present with influence to a large audience.

Location
We are open to candidates based anywhere in Western Australia, with a preference for Perth to enable face-to-face contact with stakeholders and local brokers.
