In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by interacting with guests in a professional and courteous manner, restocking supplies, and completing various tasks assigned by management.
Main Responsibilities
* Sanitation and Food Safety Practices: Demonstrate consistent adherence to sanitation and food safety protocols.
* Space Evaluation: Help assess receiving spaces to ensure a safe and secure environment.
* Task Completion: Complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks accurately and efficiently.
* Safety Protocols: Follow company safety standards at all times and promote a culture of safety among team members and guests.
* Team Collaboration: Coordinate job duties to optimize efficiency during peak periods.
* Food Storage: Store food orders accurately, rotate stock according to the FIFO method, and monitor shelf life and code dates.
* Equipment Knowledge: Maintain a basic understanding of restaurant equipment operation.
* Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other tasks assigned by management as needed.
