About the role

The General Adviser – RHC is responsible for delivering Retirement Health Checks to Vision Super members and providing general advice on our superannuation products. This role directly supports Vision Super's strategic objectives of
member retention, growth, and maximising retirement outcomes
.

A Retirement Health Check is often the first interaction our members have with the Member Advice team. It allows our members to speak to us and receive detailed projections, based on their entire financial position, of what their retirement income and position may be.

This role will see, you meet with members digitally and in person, prepare RHC documentation, and appropriately triage members for limited or comprehensive advice. You'll also support the broader Member Advice team when required. This role will allow you to engage with members on a much deeper level than in a normal general advice or factual role.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct Retirement Health Checks (RHC) with members and prepare RHC documentation.
* Provide general advice on Vision Super's products.
* Identify member needs and refer to limited or comprehensive advice where appropriate.
* Assist with booking appointments and responding to member enquiries.
* Provide phone-based support during peak periods.
* Contribute to broader Member Advice team tasks and administration as needed.

About You

We are looking for a team member who:

* Has 1–3 years' experience in paraplanning, financial planning, superannuation fund administration, or contact centre.
* Possesses a strong understanding of the superannuation industry and financial planning regulation.
* Demonstrates excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues simply and clearly.
* Is confident in engaging with members both over the phone and in person.
* Has strong administrative, computer, and numeracy skills.
* Holds a Diploma in Superannuation or Financial Planning.
