Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an accomplished senior administrator to lead key initiatives, provide high-level strategic advice and executive support to the Director and Senior Executive Team across organisational priorities, strategic initiatives and special projects, and oversee critical secretariat functions.
Our Preferred Candidate Will Demonstrate The Ability To
Build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships with organisational leaders and staff.
Provide effective supervision, mentoring and professional development to the Executive Support Officer.
Leverage strong project management expertise to coordinate the preparation of discussion papers, funding submissions, institutional responses, reports and executive correspondence.
Take the lead on a range of secretariat functions.

Base Salary: $114,014 - $124,170 per annum
Total Remuneration Package (including superannuation): $140,169 - $151,747 per annum
