**What we’re looking for**
We are currently on the lookout for a proactive and highly organised superstar to join our amazing team as our new Accounts Receivable Officer! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude, looking to build a long-term career working with a highly reputable organisation.
**Your new role**
Working in a friendly and supportive team, alongside 3 other Admin / Accounts Receivable Officers, and reporting to the Credit Manager, this role will see you responsible your own credit ledger. You will work closely with both internal and external customers and have the opportunity to use your admin and customer service skills in a variety of tasks including:
- Inbound / outbound calls to answer Branch and Customer queries
- Receipt and allocation of payments received
- Reconciliation of daily Branch banking, posting journals to accounts and General ledger
- Undertake administrative tasks relating to accounts receivable function, including creation of customer accounts
This is a full time role - 38 hours a week. Based in the MMEM regional office

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- 2+ years of previous experience within Accounts Receivable
- Strong customer focus and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Team player, great communicator and have excellent time management skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical mind with ability to problem solve
- Highly methodical and organised
- intermediate PC skills including MS Office - Word & Excel
- Self-motivation and drive
